Sefyra ("we", "us") operates the Sefyra platform at app.sefyra.io and this website. You can reach us at any time at privacy@support.sefyra.io.
Data we collect
- Account information — your username, email address, and authentication credentials when you register.
- User content — documents, chat messages, agent configurations, and other content you create or upload to the service.
- Usage and telemetry data — log data, error reports, and product usage metrics that help us operate and improve the service.
How we use your data
We use the data above to provide, maintain, and improve the service; to communicate with you about your account; and to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
No advertising or marketing sharing
We never sell your personal data, and we never share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Vendors who process data on our behalf
We share limited data with the service providers we need to operate the platform. Each processes data only as necessary to provide its service to us:
- LLM providers — user content is sent to large-language-model providers to generate agent responses you request.
- Telemetry and logging services — receive usage and error data so we can monitor reliability.
- Hosting provider — Hetzner hosts the infrastructure the service runs on.
- Transactional email — our email provider delivers account-related messages (verification, password reset).
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion before being purged.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@support.sefyra.io. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
